- Physics trained with a PhD in Vacuum Coating of Magnetic materials and three years hands-on experience of operating the Roll to Roll Vacuum sputter coater
- Customer focused, and recognised for her expertise applying a high level of scientific understanding to problem resolution
- Regularly attends key international conferences in the area of vacuum coating delivering technology presentations and building an extensive contact network
- Skilled in utilising all of the available instrumental resources within the facility to devise a practical programme within given budgetary and time constraints
