Dr Michael Cooke,
Electronic Device Process Scientist
Dr Michael Cooke’s role at PETEC is developing new lithography and deposition processes for thin-film backplane materials (organic and inorganic). These skills have been applied to creation of MEMS devices, microfluidic systems, organic photovoltaics and high throughput methodologies.
Michael is CPhys and CSci. He has authored over twenty papers and is on the review panel for new members of the Institute of Physics.
